Break policy

By purchasing a spot in any break hosted by On The Block Sports, you agree to the following terms.

Randomization & Refunds

Once teams or spots have been assigned through randomization, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after teams have been determined.

Break Format

Break formats will either be listed in the break description or explained live by the breaker prior to the break starting.

Card Distribution

Base Cards

Veteran base cards will not be shipped unless they are rookie cards, unless otherwise stated in the break description.

Packaging

All cards other than veteran base will ship inside a team bag (protective plastic bag).

Hits Protection

Cards valued at $3 or more will be sleeved and top loaded.

Multi-Player Cards

If a card features players from multiple teams:

Cards valued under $10 will go to the team of the player listed first (top or left on the card).

Cards valued over $10 will be randomized between the teams shown on the card.

Redemptions

Redemption cards will go to the team of the player listed on the redemption.

Collegiate Cards

For cards showing players in college uniforms:

If the player is currently in the NFL, the card will go to their NFL team.

If the player is not currently in the NFL, the card will go to the NFL team closest to the college they attended.

Skunk Protection

Skunk protection is at the breaker’s discretion.

Participants who do not receive a card from the break may receive one of the following:

• A sealed pack of wax
• A rookie card
• A parallel card

If those items are unavailable, base cards may be sent instead.

Shipping

Buyers have the option to upgrade shipping at any time at their own cost.

Damage & Manufacturer Defects

On The Block Sports is not responsible for any damaged cards, misprints, or manufacturer defects that occur during production.

Shipping Damage

On The Block Sports is not responsible for damage that occurs during the shipping process.

If shipping insurance is desired, it must be purchased through the shipping carrier, and any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Conduct

On The Block Sports reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who conducts themselves fraudulently or behaves in a disruptive or abusive manner.
