By placing an order or participating in a break with On The Block Sports, you agree to the following shipping terms.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after a break or purchase unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may extend slightly during periods of high order volume.

Packaging

Cards are packaged carefully to help protect them during transit.

Cards from breaks will be sorted by team and placed inside protective team bags. Higher value cards may be sleeved, top loaded, or given additional protection at the breaker’s discretion.

Shipping Methods

Orders will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Buyers may choose to upgrade shipping at any time at their own cost.

Tracking

Tracking will be provided for orders shipped using tracked shipping services.

Plain White Envelope (PWE) shipments may not include tracking depending on the shipping option selected.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.

On The Block Sports is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

On The Block Sports is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

If shipping insurance is desired, it must be purchased through the shipping carrier, and any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional and must be purchased through the shipping carrier at the buyer’s request.

Refused or Returned Packages

If a package is refused or returned to sender due to an incorrect address or delivery issue, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
