By selling items to On The Block Sports, you agree to the following buyback terms.

Offer Methodology

Buyback offers are based on recent market value.

On The Block Sports determines value using the last five verified sales of the card. The highest sale and lowest sale are removed, and the average of the remaining three sales is used to estimate the market value.

Offer Discretion

All buyback offers are made at the sole discretion of On The Block Sports.

On The Block Sports reserves the right to:

• Decline to make an offer on any card
• Offer below the calculated market value
• Refuse to purchase items for any reason including condition, authenticity concerns, or market demand

Submitting a card for review does not guarantee an offer will be made.

Acceptance of Offer

Once a buyback offer is accepted by the seller, the transaction is considered final.

Offers may expire if items are not shipped within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping to On The Block Sports

The seller is responsible for all shipping costs and insurance when sending items to On The Block Sports.

Items should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Package Documentation

All incoming buyback packages will be video recorded during the opening process to document the condition and contents of the shipment.

This recording will serve as the official record of what was received.

Transit Damage

On The Block Sports is not responsible for items damaged during shipping to our facility.

Any damage that occurs during transit should be handled directly with the shipping carrier used by the seller.

Item Verification

Upon receipt, items will be inspected to confirm that they match the items originally discussed.

If items differ in condition, authenticity, or description, On The Block Sports reserves the right to:

• Adjust the offer
• Reject the items
• Return the items at the seller’s expense

Authenticity & Ownership

By selling items to On The Block Sports, the seller confirms that:

• They are the legal owner of the items
• The items are authentic and unaltered
• The items are not stolen or subject to any claims

Payment

Payment will be issued after items are received, inspected, and verified.

Payment methods may include digital payment services or other mutually agreed upon payment methods.

Liability Limitation

On The Block Sports is not responsible for manufacturer defects, grading discrepancies, or market value fluctuations once items have been purchased.

Conduct

On The Block Sports reserves the right to refuse to conduct business with individuals who engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or abusive conduct.
