Refund policy

By purchasing products, participating in breaks, or conducting transactions with On The Block Sports, you agree to the following refund terms.

Break Purchases

All purchases for live breaks are final.

Due to the nature of live breaks, no refunds will be issued once a break spot has been purchased, including situations where a participant does not receive a card from the break.

Once teams or spots have been assigned through randomization, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.

Completed Breaks

Once a break has been completed and cards have been opened live, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

The livestream recording serves as the official record of the break results.

Product Purchases

All product sales are considered final unless an item was shipped incorrectly.

If a customer receives the wrong item, they must contact On The Block Sports within a reasonable timeframe so the issue can be reviewed.

Manufacturer Defects

On The Block Sports is not responsible for manufacturer defects, including but not limited to:

• Print lines
• Surface scratches
• Off-centering
• Factory damage
• Other production defects

Any manufacturer defects should be addressed directly with the card manufacturer.

Shipping Damage

On The Block Sports is not responsible for damage that occurs during the shipping process.

Shipping insurance must be purchased through the shipping carrier if protection is desired. Any damage claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.

Lost Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

On The Block Sports is not responsible for packages lost during transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if the item has not yet shipped or the break has not yet occurred.

Once a break begins or an item has shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Fraudulent Claims

On The Block Sports reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive, including attempts to dispute transactions after participating in a break.

Refusal of Service

On The Block Sports reserves the right to refuse service or future transactions with individuals who engage in fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or abusive conduct.
